Most orders ship from Maryland, USA, via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated in the description.

Shipping Fees & Returns

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If you believe your package is missing after being marked delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
Note: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available at our Maryland location. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
