Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you use our prepaid return label, an $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid labels are provided only if your return request is approved through our Returns Center.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
