Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your order for a different size or product, please place a new order to ensure it can be shipped to you promptly. This helps us avoid inventory and stock issues.

Return Shipping & Refund Policy

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you use our prepaid return label, an $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid labels are provided only if your return request is approved through our Returns Center.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of wear and tear, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued if it meets our policy requirements.
