Note: If you placed an order that includes pre-order items as well as in stock items, your full order will ship once pre-order item is stocked at our Maryland location. If you would like to receive the in stock item faster, please place separate orders. Pre-order items may be shipped before the ship by date in the description, but please allow the full time listed in the event of delivery delays.
The delivery timeframes listed at checkout are just estimates and we have no control over the package once it's in the courier's possession. In stock orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 1-3 business days, we do not ship on holidays or weekends. Most orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS from Maryland, USA.
Important Note: We recently added a few items that will be shipped directly from the vendor or manufacturer instead of our Maryland location. If this is the case, the product listing will indicate where it will ship from. These items are not eligible for express shipping and orders may arrive in separate packaging.

Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please track your shipment so you know when the package will arrive. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update from the time of fulfillment.
Please be sure you enter your address correctly upon check-out. We only ship to the address that you entered when placing the order, we do not accept address changes.
Shipping fees are non refundable. If your package is returned to us for any reason including insufficient address, we will issue a refund minus any shipping charges. If you are still interested in the item and it is in stock, you may place a new order using the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with your package after it’s been scanned delivered to your address, please follow up with the courier so an investigation can be opened.
